THE GREENER THE CLEANER Meat should fall into the “moderate” category of the human diet. We do not need it. However, it is one of the best sources of protein our planet has to offer us. This blog is about maintaining a primarily vegetarian diet that throws a few servings of meat into your weekly meal plan. There are a lot of diets out there that range from preparing meat everyday, to strictly eating plants and tofu ONLY. There are not many that advocate the simple moderation of meat, which is where I found dietary success. I have been on this " more plants-less meat" diet for a year now and it has made me feel better inside and out. What you put into your body directly affects your thinking, activity, energy, and overall bodily health.
